Common questions

The watch didn't detect my shifts

Make sure the heart-rate sensor is on and the watch is snug. Shift detection uses motion, speed or distance evidence when available, and short heart-rate context. Short shifts and unusual bench changes can be harder to classify.

How do I install the watch app?

Use the Garmin Connect IQ link from the home page or search for "RinkPulse" in Connect IQ. You will need a compatible Garmin watch that supports Connect IQ watch apps.

How do I install the Android app?

The Android companion is local-first and is being prepared for broader Play distribution. If you want access or want to test it, email support from the home page.

iPhone / Apple Watch?

Not yet. Maybe. No timeline.
